Hi! I am Bhagya.

I am a full-time designer, part-time illustrator and writer with 10+ years of experience. I have completed my Graduation Diploma is Art (Applied Art) from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalay. Having worked with two startups, I am comfortable juggling multiple roles and responsibilities.

 

My primary area of focus has been digital but I am adept at working on mainline projects as well, which allows me to offer 360-degree solutions to enhance the performance of a campaign. Along with designing, I understand managing clients, understanding their expectations, and translating them to my team.

 

I am a process-driven person who loves to organize the creative chaos to streamline the creative process.

 

As a team player, I am open to suggestions and constructive criticism. Leading a team, I understand the importance of having each other's back no matter what!

Roles & Responsibilities

Team management: Managing projects, assigning team members to particular tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, setting work schedules for the team, follow-ups and problem-solving for the team, and being a liaison between my team members and my seniors.

Client management: Conducting meetings and calls with clients, understanding their requirements, pitching creative ideas, setting client expectations, taking feedback, and providing creative solutions to clients in a way that they understand.

Social media management: Managing clients’ social media handles, ensuring regular posting, handling first-level responses, creating social media strategies to meet the requirements of the client, understanding social media trends and how they can best be used to uplift the client’s brand, monitoring social media performance and adjusting the strategies accordingly.

​

Working on pitches: Working with a team to create strong pitches to help the agency gain more clients. Understanding the brief, ideating to give creative solutions, and delivering those ideas while presenting to the client.​

​

Managing shoots: Briefing directors and photographers, coordinating with production houses, attending and overlooking shoots, managing recordings and post-production work, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of film and print assets.

​

Digital-first approach: Finding and creating digital-first opportunities for conventional brands to read a wider audience, observing digital trends and adapting them in a way that suits both the brand and the audience, creating 360 campaigns that have a strong digital extension to ensure longevity.
